Insurance coverage and any required prior authorizations are verified before your scheduled evaluation. Please note that any benefits quoted during this process are estimates; final coverage is determined by your insurance provider upon claim processing. Payment due at the time of service is based on the information provided by your insurance, and any remaining balance will be billed according to your plan.
